I understand these activities involve inherent risks—including, but not limited to, slips, trips, falls, allergic reactions, weather-related hazards, animal encounters, water risks, and physical exertion. Serious injury, illness, or even death may occur.

2. Assumption of Responsibility

I voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with participation in these activities or by being present on the property. I understand it is my responsibility to exercise sound judgment and follow all posted rules and verbal instructions provided by the Property Owner or its representatives.

In consideration of being permitted access to the property, I hereby waive, release, and discharge the Property Owner from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, property damage, or death occurring on the property or during participation in activities—whether caused by ordinary negligence or otherwise. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the Property Owner and its representatives to seek emergency medical care for myself or any minor in my care. I accept full financial responsibility for any resulting treatment.

6. Health and Physical Condition

I certify that I, and any minors I am responsible for, are in adequate health and physical condition to participate in any permitted activities and will participate at our own risk. I agree to disclose any medical conditions or special needs prior to participation.

7. Code of Conduct

I agree to abide by all farm safety protocols, posted rules, and verbal instructions. I understand that reckless or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the property with no refund or compensation.

8. Media Release

I grant permission for the Property Owner to photograph or video record me and any minors listed below during activities for promotional or educational purposes, without compensation or further approval.

9. Governing Law and Severability

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If any part is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain valid and enforceable.
